Quality and innovation

our quality

At Gallazzini, quality and innovation are
crucial, so that we can continuously optimise processes, improve our customer service and reduce our environmental impact.

In 2000 we adopted a UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system based on our concern for environmental protection, users’ healthcare and workers’ safety.

Quality

Building
certified quality

The quality of our products starts with the choice of certified raw materials of EU origin and includes spot checks and tests on all orders. This results in 97% satisfied customers.

This recognition is based not only on the use of state-of-the-art machinery and continuous product quality controls, but also on the ability to respond promptly to stakeholder needs with professionalism.

Innovation

Innovation
is a way of being

We strive to keep our machinery up-to-date and technologically advanced, to continuously improve our internal processes and organisation and to remain attentive to industry trends and the latest sustainability practices, while also promoting constant staff training.

Thanks to additive manufacturing technology, we can produce mechanical components or finished taps in AISI 316 steel. Our three-dimensional and extremely precise part construction allows us to make customised components and products which would not be possible with conventional production technologies.
