Gallazzini’s is a story of values, territory and people. It is the story of a family and the valley that has always welcomed it, a journey of over 60 years to master the art of precision mechanics.
Founded in 1959 as a simple mechanical turnery with a craftsman’s vocation, today Gallazzini is a family business in its third generation, specialising in the manufacture of complete products and tailor-made mechanical components for taps and fittings.
Gallazzini’s is a story of know-how built piece by piece, thanks to the specialised skills of its 90 employees, its management’s passion and a constant focus on product quality.

Technological machinery for flexible processes
Gallazzini has more than 100 automatic machines for mechanical turning and milling processes. A fleet of state-of-the-art machines allowing finished products with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 250 mm to be shaped from bar, cast or hot-forged raw material.
All machinery and the entire production process is managed through the company’s IT system, enabling the optimisation of the production process, handling orders of all sizes with flexibility and offering customers the best quality at the right price.

“Torneria Metalli Longhetti Ada Maria” was established in Roccapietra (VC), as an artisanal reality with a few manual lathes
The company changed its name to ‘Officine Meccaniche Gallazzini’
Begin of sanitary fittings production and manufacturing of standard models of kitchen mixers
Introduction of the first CNC lathe into the production line
Gallazzini keeps growing and increases its production volumes thanks to new CNC (d. 100 mm) and multi-spindle (d. 60 mm) lathes and the creation of a new automatic and robotic cleaning department
Begin of the production of fully assembled and finished items
A photovoltaic system generating 285 kW was installed on the roof of our facility: an important step towards production sustainability
Opening of a new plant entirely devoted to our assembly department
Following up on a new expansion of the main factory, our photovoltaic plant was enlarged and upgraded, in an ongoing effort to reduce our environmental impact.
